Over the course of design week, guests will get the chance to be in close contact with OmniDecor’s new products and ideas.
The first of these is Quadratti, the decorated glass created in partnership with Egidio Panzera Architect. Quadratti supplements the DecorFlou® Design collection and testifies to OmniDecor’s technical expertise: a thick warp of alternating rectangles and squares. When light shines through the glass pane, the shadow that is cast creates a geometric pattern. Thanks to an optical effect, it appears completely different from that of the glass itself.
Boru, the glass screens conceived by Lidia Covello, are another new product. This project expresses an original ornamental value affording sculptural features. B?ru uses several OmniDecor glass solutions (DecorOpal, Bondi, Riga and Specchio) to highlight the extraordinary potential of this material.
Yurei is the name given to the new vases designed by Lidia Covello and Alberto Gaiotto. They consist of a painted aluminium tube crossed by a glass pane, the shape of which replicates a hand-sketched free section. The Yurei collection utilises the Riga, Bondi, Rete, Microdot and Specchio glass solutions.
